This picture stood out for me because there is still racism going on in the 21 century. People just cant seem to let it go, they will never forget about it even tho everybody is the same. Shouldnt judge people just by the color of their skin. 
This picture is deffinetly fake becasue I highly doubt that somebody would do this. There is a small riot behind them and a cop with baton and they are layed out on the middle of the street kissing. Its not even sinsable.
This technique would be considered fill the frame because the person takes up the whole picture. The details and features are very detailed and destinctive.
This picture would be considered framing because he is the main focus and there isnt anything else shown. everything is blurry except him.

Early Friday morning Zelda Mcintyre was restoring is 1989 saturn coupe. He tied a rope to the front and tried to hall it up into the attic of the garage. While he was heaving and hauling a tornado started to stur, It through the car alll over the place and tore the place flat, Zelda was heart broken everything is ruint, all his hard work for nothing.
